Hyperadaptive Reader's Guide
This reader's guide is a companion to Hyperadaptive: Rewiring the Enterprise to Become AI-Native by Melissa M. Reeve, with a foreword by Ryan Martens, founder of Rally Software and director of Manifest AI. It maps the book's nine chapters to Reeve's five-stage model, organized into three parts, and gives each chapter a summary, a "Try This" prompt, and discussion questions that move from comprehension toward application and disagreement.
Built for book clubs, leadership teams, and corporate training programs, the guide supports three paces — one part per session, one chapter per session, or a single-session overview using the Part introductions and closing discussion questions. A "Finding Your Stage" exercise, drawn from the book's own Conclusion, gives a group a shared, honest starting point before its first session.
