Jennifer (“Jenn”) Spykerman is the senior director of delivery at MomentumAI and an aerospace and defense systems leader with experience spanning software engineering, systems engineering, mission operations, and technology strategy. She has supported complex programs for NASA, the Department of Defense, and commercial enterprises, with a focus on decision-making in high-consequence environments where autonomy, human judgment, and organizational governance must operate together. Her current work explores the intersection of AI-enabled systems, software acquisition, and organizational decision-making. Drawing on experience with both autonomous aerospace systems and modern software delivery practices, she is particularly interested in how organizations define, govern, and adapt decision authority across humans, machines, and operational systems.
